Who I Am

I am Costas Schuler, a fractional creative director, brand designer, and visual systems builder based in Fort Lauderdale. I have spent more than 30 years in graphic design and more than 15 years helping businesses turn scattered creative work into clearer brands, better websites, sharper campaigns, and more consistent marketing systems.

My work is for founder-led companies, marketing teams, agencies, consultants, B2B firms, nonprofits, and organizations that need senior creative judgment without hiring a full-time creative department. The value is not just design production. The value is knowing what should be made, what should be simplified, and how every piece should connect.

I built Envisionary Design around a simple belief: your brand should look like the business you are trying to become, not the mess you had to survive to get here.

What I Do

I help businesses make better creative decisions. That can mean rebuilding a brand, cleaning up a website, designing marketing collateral, creating a campaign system, developing a visual identity, or stepping in as the creative lead when the team needs direction.

As a fractional creative director, I sit between strategy and execution. I can help define the message, shape the visual direction, organize the deliverables, guide the design work, and make sure the finished pieces feel like they belong to the same brand.

  • Brand identity, logo cleanup, visual direction, and practical brand standards.
  • Website design direction, landing page creative, service page structure, and conversion-focused design support.
  • Marketing collateral, sales decks, event graphics, campaign assets, trade show materials, and presentation design.
  • Creative systems for social media, content campaigns, AI-assisted workflows, and recurring design production.
  • Senior creative review for agencies, CMOs, founders, and marketing managers who need another set of experienced eyes.

If you need traditional design support, start with Fort Lauderdale graphic design. If your website is the problem, start with website redesign. If you are trying to build the next layer of leverage, my AI Brand Systems work connects brand, content, and workflow into a more useful operating system.

Who I Help

The best fit is a business that already has momentum, but the creative side is not keeping up. You may have a good offer, capable people, and real clients, but the brand, website, sales materials, and campaign assets still feel disconnected.

I often work with:

  • Founders who need their business to look more credible, premium, and focused.
  • Marketing managers and CMOs who need senior creative support without adding another full-time hire.
  • Agencies that need creative direction, brand systems, design execution, or overflow production for client work.
  • B2B companies with complex services that need clearer messaging, better sales materials, and more polished visual communication.
  • Manufacturing, aerospace, engineering, technology, coaching, consulting, and service businesses that need design to support trust, clarity, and growth.

This is not a good fit if you want a cheap logo overnight or a designer who only takes orders. It is a better fit if you want someone who can challenge the work, improve the thinking, and make the final output stronger.

Problems I Solve

Most creative problems are not really design problems at first. They are clarity problems. The business has too many messages, too many old assets, too many inconsistent visuals, or too many people making creative decisions without a shared standard.

I help fix problems like:

  • Disjointed branding across the website, social media, print materials, proposals, and campaigns.
  • Marketing assets that look busy, dated, generic, or disconnected from the quality of the business.
  • Teams that need creative leadership, but not enough to justify a full-time creative director.
  • Websites that explain the service poorly or fail to make the company feel trustworthy.
  • Campaigns that need a stronger concept, better hierarchy, clearer design, and cleaner execution.
  • AI-generated or outsourced content that needs human taste, brand consistency, and editorial judgment.

Good creative direction makes the work easier to approve because the standard is clearer. It also makes future work faster because the brand has a system, not just a folder full of files.

What I Deliver

The deliverables depend on the problem. Sometimes the right answer is a focused brand cleanup. Sometimes it is a complete website redesign. Sometimes it is a campaign system, a sales deck, a visual identity, a set of landing pages, or a repeatable content workflow.

Common deliverables include:

  • Brand identity systems, logo refinement, typography, color direction, and usage rules.
  • Website creative direction, page structure, visual hierarchy, service page copy support, and conversion design.
  • Marketing collateral, brochures, direct mail, trade show graphics, event branding, and sales materials.
  • Pitch decks, presentation systems, proposal visuals, and executive-level design polish.
  • Content design systems for social media, paid ads, email campaigns, YouTube assets, podcasts, and recurring campaigns.
  • AI-assisted brand systems that help a business create more without turning into generic output.

I also pay attention to how search and user experience overlap. Google’s guidance on helpful, people-first content is a useful reminder that pages need to help real people, not just satisfy a checklist. The same applies to design. If a page looks better but explains less, it is not finished.

When It Is a Fit

It is a fit when you need creative judgment and execution in the same room. You may not need a giant agency. You may not need another junior designer. You may need someone who can look at the whole system and help decide what moves the brand forward.

Let’s connect if you need:

  • A fractional creative director who can support strategy, design, and production.
  • A stronger brand presence before a launch, event, campaign, or website push.
  • A design partner who understands both the visual work and the business reason behind it.
  • A cleaner creative system for your website, marketing materials, social content, and sales assets.
  • Someone who can bring order, taste, and momentum to a brand that has outgrown its current look.

The next step is simple: book a discovery call and we will talk through what is working, what feels off, and whether the project needs design production, creative direction, or a deeper brand system.
